‘Good Girls Revolt’ star Genevieve Angelson has joined the cast of DC Universe’s ‘Titans’ Season 2, as Dr. Eve Watson, a scientist working at Project Cadmus.  Watson– who is not a character from the comic books– is a “research doctor with conflicted feelings about her recent work at Cadmus Laboratories.”  Cadmus was glimpsed in the post-credits scene at the end of Episode 11 of Season One, when Superboy broke free of his imprisonment.  Superboy is a clone mixing the DNA of Superman and Lex Luthor.  Joshua Orpin will depict the Boy of Steel in ‘Titans’ S2, also known as Kon-El and Conner Kent.

Angelson is confirmed by TV Line as appearing in at least two episodes.  She joins fellow newcomers Iain Glenn as Bruce Wayne, Natalie Gumede as Mercy Graves, Chella Man as Joseph Wilson/Jericho, Esai Morales as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke the Terminator, Drew Van Acker as Garth/Aqualad, and Chelsea T. Zhang as Rose Wilson/Ravager.

They join the regular ‘Titans’ cast: Anna Diop as Koriand’r/Kory Anders/Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth/Raven, Ryan Potter as Garfield Logan/Beast Boy, Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/Robin, and Curran Walters, as Jason Todd/New Robin.  Recurring guest-stars include Seamus Dever as Trigon, Minka Kelly as Dawn Granger/Dove, Conor Leslie as Donna Troy/Wonder Girl, and Alan Ritchson as Hank Hall/Hawk, all of whom will return for Season 2.

Angelson was most recently seen in POP TV’s miniseries ‘Flack’.  In addition to her most recognizable role as Patti Robinson on ‘Good Girls Revolt’, she previously starred as Caitlin Hobart on the series ‘House of Lies’.  Her other TV credits include ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’, ‘Instinct’, ‘Blue Bloods’, ‘The Good Wife’, ‘The Glades’, and ‘Army Wives’.

‘Titans’ returns for its second season on Friday, September 6, on the DC Universe streaming service.  Season 1 is currently available to stream in its entirety.  The series is offered via Netflix outside of the US.
