Hawk and Dove will be back for Season 2 of DC Universe’s ‘Titans’. During an Instagram live Q&A, when asked if their characters would be back in the already confirmed sophomore installment of the show, Kelly replied:
“Yes, we will be in season two.”
Ritchson added:
“Yea, we’re coming back for season two.”
In addition, Ritchson let slip that fans won’t have to wait until next year to see more Hawk & Dove. “Yes, every hero is coming in the finale.”
Hawk (Hank Hall) and Dove (Dawn Granger) aren’t technically members of the Titans team, but are rather supporting characters from Dick Grayson’s past. Not only did the pair appear early in Season One, but returned later for a flashback story that revealed how they came together as a crime fighting pair.
When it was announced that they would be part of the series, it was also stated that they may get their own spinoff show, but so far one hasn’t been ordered. Instead, DC Universe fast-tracked a spinoff featuring the ‘Doom Patrol’, Beast Boy’s surrogate family.
