Fans of the “Star Wars” franchise have been dying to see more of what Jon Favreau is going to do with his live-action series ‘The Mandalorian‘ and while we don’t have a new still or footage from the show today there is a new hint as to what we can expect from it!
The detail of this upcoming Disney+ series comes from recently announced star Pedro Pascal who is playing the central character. He’s shared something that will be important to fans of the animated shows, Boba Fett, and who are eager to hear everything they can about ‘The Mandalorian’! Dave Filoni who is responsible for all of the animated shows stemming from ‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ through the current ‘Star Wars Resistance’ has sketched an image of what Pascal will look like in character!
This really pushes the idea that we’ll be getting a western set in a galaxy far, far away. Here is the sketch which Pascal shared to fans:
That looks like a poncho that would be worn in the Wild West over the cloaks that we typically see in “Star Wars” films though anything could happen between sketches and actual production. Now we’ll just have to wait for a feel of what the rest of the cast will look like which includes: “Gina Carano (Deadpool), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Carl Weathers (Predator), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man), and Nick Nolte (Affliction).”
What do you think of this sketch from Dave Filoni of ‘The Mandalorian’? Are you excited to check out this upcoming Disney+ series? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe.
The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order.

‘The Mandalorian’ is slated to launch on Disney+ in late 2019!
