Gamora

While the Russo Brothers have made audiences wonder if the time-displaced Gamora survived Iron Man’s snap at the end of ‘Avengers: Endgame’ we now know that she did!

Initially, her survival was questioned as Tony Stark had used the Iron Infinity Gauntlet to snap away all of Thanos’s army and it remained a question as to if this version of Gamora was still part of it or not. She hadn’t experienced the full falling out with her father or fallen in love with Peter Quill so her true allegiance could still be questionable at this point in time.

Thankfully, that is no longer the case. Not only was Gamora not snapped away but she instead ran away with her story likely being told in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.’ This shouldn’t be a shocker to anyone as we all know that Peter Quill will do anything to reunite with the love of his life, even if she doesn’t know who he is. Hopefully, James Gunn will address precisely how Gamora was able to get off Earth as there weren’t too many available options with Thanos’s ship out of commission and the Guardians clearly having used their own technology to get back off of Earth.

Of course, it is always possible that she slipped through one of Doctor Strange’s Sling Ring portals when he sent Howard the Duck back to where he came from.
