The ‘Ninjak vs. The Valiant Universe‘ is in full swing for pre-production and we’ve got a new look at Jason David Frank (‘Power Rangers’) as Bloodshot for it! This won’t be the same Bloodshot from the feature film which Sony Pictures is developing though it will still be the same super-soldier from the comics.
‘Ninjak vs. The Valiant Universe’ is a new web series that will show off a slew of the most well-known characters from the comics including Derek Theler (‘Baby Daddy’,’Project: SERA’) as X-O Manowar and Colin King is Ninjak.
For those who are unclear about the series, here’s the synopsis:
Colin King is Ninjak, MI-6’s deadliest intelligence operative and weapons expert. When the ruthless assassin Roku exploits his greatest weakness, Ninjak will be forced to betray his closest allies. Now, on the run, he must face off against the most powerful heroes known to man for a high-octane, take-no-prisoners trial by fire more perilous and more unpredictable than any he’s faced before. In 2017, the world’s most dangerous super-spy goes to war with the Valiant Universe…

This will still be the Bloodshot who can alter his body shape, work with machines, regenerate himself, and is never without a weapon. As can be seen in the image above, he is, as per usual, carrying a gun. There has been a slew of delays on this miniseries actually making it to release but it looks like the wait is almost over at long last!
