Say what you want about The CW’s top rated drama ‘Arrow’ but that’s one damn attractive cast and it’s about to get even more so as Katrina Law has just been cast as the daughter of a certain super villain who has been named on the show, but hasn’t yet appeared.

SPOILER ALERT – If you don’t want to know what’s coming up, turn back now!

Katrina Law (‘Spartacus’) will play the daughter of Batman’s immortal foe Ra’s al Ghul.  Not his most famous daughter Talia, however, but rather Nyssa, who in the comics actually has a grudge against her absentee father.  The rest of her family was killed and she was rendered infertile while trapped in an internment camp during World War II.  I’m not sure how much of that back story will be presented on the show, however.

It has been stated on ‘Arrow’ that the character of Ra’s al Ghul’s daughter is headed to Starling City in order to bring Black Canary/Sarah Lance back to the League of Assassins.  Now take this with a huge grain of salt, but there is some speculation (this is not fact!) that it will turn out that Isabel Rochev, played by Summer Glau on the show, will then turn out to be Talia.  In the comics, the character of Talia did run Lexcorp for a while, so the idea of her being a corporate titan isn’t unheard of.  But then again, in the comics Isabel Rochev is her own character, not a disguise.  Also, why wouldn’t Talia simply go after Black Canary, since she’s already in Starling City?  See… grain of salt!

Most likely unrelated, but Law makes the third alum of ‘Spartacus’ to join the cast of ‘Arrow’.  Manu Bennett is a series regular as Slade Wilson, who appears in the flashback scenes and Cynthia Addai-Robinson recently came on board as Amanda Waller in present segments, which most fans are assuming will eventually lead to the assembling of The Suicide Squad, since most of the villains that comprised that team have appeared on the show.

What do you think?  Are you interested in the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul appearing in Arrow?
