Ever since we found that Kevin Smith was set to bring us ‘Masters of the Universe: Revelation for Netflix, He-Man fans have been dying to know more! While the director of the upcoming anime series hasn’t dropped any names, he has hinted that the voice cast is going to be “insane,” and now we’re eager to hear more.
The famed geek and director has rubbed shoulders with a slew of celebrities from A-List on down so the names will likely be familiar to genre fans and beyond. Smith took to Twitter to reveal the following tease:
The voice cast of the @MastersOfficial series I’m doing for @Mattel & @netflix is INSANE! When the news hits, it won’t break the internet; instead, it will make the internet believe that we’re living in a simulation in which the programmers wanna see us smile & cry tears of joy. pic.twitter.com/577YkfSIIg

It is hard to imagine who we can expect, but I suspect we’ll see at least a few names familiar to Marvel and DC fans popping up.
According to Netflix:
A radical return to Eternia, Revelation is a direct sequel series to the classic era of Masters of the Universe. Featuring fan favorites He-Man, Orko, Cringer, and Man-At-Arms, the story pits our heroic warriors and guardians of Castle Grayskull against Skeletor, Evil-Lyn, Beast Man and the vile legions of Snake Mountain! But after a ferocious final battle forever fractures Eternia, it’s up to Teela to solve the mystery of the missing Sword of Power in a race against time to prevent the end of the Universe! Her journey will uncover the secrets of Grayskull at last. This is the epic He-Man, and the Master of the Universe saga fans have waited 35 years to see!
