If you’re traveling to the Shinjuku region in Tokyo, you’ll want to stay at this hotel. This coming April, the Hotel Gracery opens its doors, and it’s plausible that many fans of the King of the Monsters will make reservations.

The Hotel Gracery is a new Godzilla-themed hotel that seems both awesome and mildly off-putting depending on how you feel about Godzilla watching you sleep.

The 30-story hotel is being constructed above the Toho Cinema. Toho is the Japanese distribution company responsible for creating Godzilla (in the cinematic sense, obviously).

Not only will the Hotel Gracery have the giant head of Godzilla on the roof, a few of its rooms will be Godzilla-themed. One room will have Godzilla memorabilia as well as a giant Godzilla hand outstretched above the two beds. This room costs about $330 to $420 a night.

There will also be a few rooms next to the giant Godzilla head on the roof, allowing you to see Godzilla from your window thus making voyeurism a different threat altogether. For this experience, you would need to pay $125 a night.
