What do we really know about S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Natasha Romanoff AKA the Black Widow? After making her first appearance alongside Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark in ‘Iron Man 2’, the character played by Scarlett Johansson appeared in the blockbuster Joss Whedon film, ‘The Avengers’. But in those two appearances, we’ve managed to learn only that the deadly woman has some read in her ledger and practically no intention of sharing that information with anybody. However, it appears that after the Battle of New York, the super spy has opened up to Steve Rogers in ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier as the teammates pair up for the next major Marvel motion picture. Now, thanks to a new featurette for the upcoming Phase Two film, we can learn just a little bit more about where Agent Romanoff is coming from.

Recently, Entertainment Tonight aired a behind the scenes look at the Star Spangled Avenger’s next movie and focused on his new mysterious partner and fellow Earth’s Mightiest Hero. In the video below, you can hear about the differences between the two characters that still manage to make them a dynamic duo from the stars themselves while learning as much about Black Widow as she wants you to know:

Chances are that we won’t really get to know Agent Romanoff really well until she gets her own solo movie, but now that ScarJo is pregnant and preparing to shoot ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’ shortly, who knows when that’ll get squeezed into the schedule. But until then, we can certainly enjoy all the screen time that the character will be getting alongside the Sentinel of Liberty in his new movie.

‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Frank Grillo, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, and Emily VanCamp hits theaters on April 4, 2014.
