No matter which studio owns the rights to the characters, every Marvel movie leaves quite the trail of promotional material. Fox’s ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ combines the casts of two franchises, so the character posters alone must number in the hundreds by now. Sony has ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ coming out and they’ve brought out the big guns by unleashing a killer Super Bowl campaign. And of course there’s Marvel’s upcoming Phase Two film ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ coming later this summer, which has only began to scratch the surface of the hype iceberg. The hype-berg if you will. And the reason for that is because there happens to be an Avenger who’s heading to theaters before any of these other heroes.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ kicks off this year’s wave of superhero movies and at the moment there is no shortage of clips, stills, trailers, and featurettes featuring Steve Rogers and his new foe because the film comes out in a matter of weeks. In fact, today alone I think I’ve written at least four pieces of news pertaining to the Sentinel of Liberty’s latest feature, including this one. So now as you sift through today’s haul of Cap stuff, check out this promo from Disney XD featuring some new footage of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s most popular agent (But don’t tell Hawkeye because probably gets jealous) and some of his new cohorts appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time including Sam Wilson AKA Falcon:

If you blinked, you might have missed Agent 13, played by Emily VanCamp of ‘Revenge’ and ‘The Ring 2’. If the film version of the character follows in the footsteps of the source material, then maybe Black Widow might get to see Cap go on a date with a co-worker after all.

What do you think of the latest piece of promotional video for ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’? Was there anything from it that you’re most excited to see once the film debut in theaters next month? Let us know in the comments.

‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Frank Grillo, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, and Emily VanCamp hits theaters on April 4, 2014.
