‘Krypton’ has already been evolving into a more diversified DC series as it has expanded on Superman lore but now looks to have become “fully realized DC Universe.” For those unfamiliar with what happened last week, this is going to get into spoiler territory pretty quick.
We already had seen that three of Superman’s greatest foes were introduced as General Zod, Brainiac, and Doomsday who is pictured above have all been spoken about or shown at this point. Short of a mention of Lex Luthor who wouldn’t be alive in this era and Darkseid, you’ve seen some of his most well-known villains.
This last week though, they really upped the ante. It all boiled down to Adam Strange who said he had come to Krypton so that the Justice League would take notice of him and he also stated that “I can’t fly, have no super strength, no power ring.”
I’m pretty sure we all know what that Power Ring is. Cameron Cuffe who plays Seg-El on the show confirmed these two references and The Omega Men on Twitter when stating:
Absolutely!! Our show takes place in a fully realised DC Universe. The Justice League, The Omega Men, The Green Lantern Corps… these things are all very real in the world of our story https://t.co/wMnKMj7CGQ

With only three episodes left in the season, I can’t wait to see if they introduce any other characters either directly or with a namedrop. We know that the show would eventually like to add Hawkgirl though it wasn’t clear if that was meant to be in the first season or down the line.
Which character are you most excited to potentially see pop up on ‘Krypton’? Do you feel that the show has been doing a good job at adapting this piece of Superman’s past so far? Share your thoughts below!
