Back in May, we learned that Queen Elsa of Arendelle would be making the jump from the smash hit animated feature film ‘Frozen’ to the small town of Storybrooke in ‘Once Upon A Time on ABC. Then, it was revealed that she wouldn’t be the only character from the Academy Award-winning movie crossing the fjords to appear in the opening arc of the popular fairy tale drama as Anna and Kristoff were announced as recurring roles in Season Four as well. Now, we know who will be playing the couple when they make their network television debuts.

According to TV Line, newcomer Elizabeth Lail will play Anna, while Kristoff will be played by ‘Greek’ star Scott Michael Foster. Not much can be said about Lail at the moment considering how few credits she has, but she definitely has the eyes to play the quirky princess. As for Foster, since graduating and leaving the Kappa Tau frat house, he has appeared on a number of shows including ‘Parenthood’, ‘Melissa & Joey’, ‘Friends With Benefits’, and ‘Californication’. Currently, he maintains ties to ABC Family with ‘Chasing Life’, but he can also be seen in AMC’s ‘Halt and Catch Fire’ starring Lee Pace, Scoot McNairy, and Kerry Bishe about the computer revolution of the 1980s.

With Anna and Kristoff all squared away, the only piece of the puzzle remaining is the actress who will play Elsa on the show. Although we saw the ice queen during the season three finale, the part was played by a body double and the production is currently still on the look out for someone else for the role. Chances are that the announcement is coming soon since we already have two of the three new characters locked in. Also, there’s still no word on Olaf or Sven, but the search for Elsa is probably more important right now to the network executives.
