If you’ve been wondering what kind of shenanigans Halle Berry as Molly Woods might be getting into with an alien in space the clip we’re sharing with you today from ‘Extant‘ should give you an idea! The interesting thing about the supposed alien is that it looks rather human — short of being able to walk while in gravity. In fact. what you’ll find out is that the alien looks like Marcus, Molly’s ex-lover who is played by Sergio Harford in the series.
Whats also interesting is that he shows up on a solo space flight where Molly is supposed to be alone for a year long voyage. So where does he come from? I’m going to go with space but what does he end up doing to her?
That sure looks like alien rape is about to play out. I have a feeling it’ll happen off screen and after this scene Molly will wake up thinking the whole thing was in her mind. Probably a hallucination from being alone for so long. Well, that is until she finds out she’s pregnant when she gets back to Earth.
I love science fiction, I love what CBS has been doing with it, and generally I enjoy seeing Berry on screen. This show is having problems truly catching my interest and while I’m sure I’ll be giving it a watch, I don’t know if it’ll be able to keep me glued to the TV. Of course the first episode may change that but I don’t feel that we’ve been given a good sense of the tone for the show quite yet.

Synopsis:
