We know that ‘The Flash’ is going to quickly race into the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover, and the latest trailer is dropping hints at what is to come. Things are kicking off with the first episode titled “Into the Void” and hopefully that title isn’t a clue as to the future of the series. With ‘Arrow’ coming into its eighth and final season, it would be a real shocker for ‘The Flash’ to suddenly be racing off the air as well.

When the season debuts the first episode, it will be giving us:
SEASON PREMIERE – While Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) deal with the heartbreaking loss of their daughter, Nora, the team faces their greatest threat yet — one that threatens to destroy all of Central City. Meanwhile, Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) has a brush with death that results in an unexpected new dynamic that will change her relationship with Caitlin forever.

As you can see here, we’ll see Barry Allen trying desperately to warn his friends before it is too late.
Candice Patton previously hinted what to expect in the premiere:
“Season 6 picks up like 10 seconds after Season 5 so Barry and Iris are still dealing with the loss of Nora, it’s very raw, it’s very fresh. We see them very early on, Episode 1, really grappling with how to deal with the loss of Nora so they can move forward in a healthy way and deal with the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths.”
