‘The Iron Giant’ is arguably one of the most criminally underrated animated films ever made. Thankfully the crew at 1000Toys are doing their best to honor this cult classic film by re-releasing their incredibly popular and long sold-out 6.3″ tall Riobot Iron Giant figure from last year! The figure, which is made of a mixture of diecast and plastic, comes packaged with a number of interchangeable parts including alternative hands, head piecess, and teeth, plus a large ‘S’ symbol for him to hang around his neck. This re-release of the 1000Toys Riobot Iron Giant figure is due to hit the market this September for around $119.99.
If you’ve already got one of these wonderful figures, you’ll be happy to hear that they have also announced a special ‘Battle Mode Version’ of the Riobot Iron Giant figure that features an all new Gun Attachment on it’s right arm! The Battle Mode version of the Riobot Iron Giant also sports red eyes, which is a new look not previously available for this figure. Sadly, this figure will not include all of the alternative parts that came with the original release, but that also just means you’ve got a great excuse to buy both versions! While the Battle Mode version doesn’t hit stores until January, you’ll be happy to hear that it is also expected to be priced around $119.99. Riobot Iron Giant Battle Mode Version
From 1000 Toys. The Iron Giant from the classic 1999 movie is back as a fully articulated diecast toy! Built solid with diecast parts, he is designed to be the highly articulated and stiff enough to hold poses! This will be the masterpiece toy that all fans have been waiting for! This Battle Mode version comes the arm weapon seen in the movie! Battle Mode Ver will not come with the Exchangable Head parts and Exchangable Teeth included with the Standard Ver.
