The crew over at NECA are working overtime lately and this week they’ve gto four all new items hitting stores that are definitely figures you won’t want to miss! As always, NECA is coming in heavy with horror and bringing us some of the genre’s most iconic characters to life in plastic form. This week they’re showing off new figures from ‘Godzilla: King Of The Monsters’, ‘Friday The 13th’, ‘Alien: Resurrection’, and even a massive quarter scale Pennywise figure from Stephen King’s ‘It’! Godzilla: King of the Monsters – Godzilla Version 2 Figure

NECA is thrilled to present another figure from the upcoming, hotly anticipated Godzilla: King of the Monsters movie! Based on the monster’s on-screen appearance in this sequel to the 2014 Godzilla movie, this version of Godzilla features lightning paint deco and is fully poseable, with over 25 points of articulation. The figures comes with an attachable blast effect.

Friday The 13th Part V: A New Beginning – Ultimate “Roy Burns” Jason Voorhees 7″ Scale Figure

NECA presents the definitive collector’s version of Roy Burns, the deranged imposter Jason from Friday the 13th: A New Beginning! This deluxe 7″ scale action figure features over 25 points of articulation and comes with tons of accessories—removable mask with blue chevrons that were unique to Part 5, cleaver, hunting knife, machete, garden shears, road flare, railroad spike, and much more. Comes in a display-friendly deluxe window box with opening flap.

 

ALIEN: Resurrection – Xenomorph Warrior 7″ Scale Figure

Series 14 of our bestselling Aliens action figures is dedicated to Alien: Resurrection, the fourth movie in the thrilling sci-fi series! It includes Ripley 8 and the Resurrection Warrior.

Ellen Ripley Clone 8 stands approximately 7” tall, has over 25 points of articulation and features the likeness of Sigourney Weaver. She wears the clone’s futuristic ensemble and comes with Draco Double Burner and Lacrima 99 Shockrifle accessories, plus interchangeable hands and a basketball. The Resurrection Warrior stands over 9” tall and is faithful to the Alien’s appearance in the movie. It features over 30 points of articulation, including a tail assembly which provides an additional swivel as well as having a bendable portion.

 IT (2017) – Pennywise 1/4 Scale Figure

From the acclaimed 2017 horror film IT, drawn from the pages of Stephen King’s original novel, NECA presents the highly requested Pennywise as a 1/4 scale action figure! Based on Bill Skarsgård’s portrayal of the nightmare-inducing clown, this menacing 18” figure has been painstakingly detailed to be as accurate to Pennywise’s elaborate costume as possible. To recreate the most terrifying scenes from the movie, the fully articulated figure features interchangeable hands and signature red balloon.

We Are Our Own Worst Enemy

Earlier this year Jordan Peele took us on a horrific mindbending adventure with his original horror film ‘Us’. Last week we were excited that Funko was finally making POP! Vinyls based on his first film ‘Get Out’, but this week we are pleased to reveal that Funko has made some big plans for Jordan Peele’s films with the announcement of their new POP! Vinyl line based on ‘Us’! The wave is comprised of seven figures total, including Adelaide, Red, Abraham, Umbrae, and Pluto (who has a ‘Mask Up’ chase variant), plus the Funkoshop exclusive figure of Jason! These are due out later this summer.

Funko Heads To The Hall of Justice

Funko’s new POP! Town line of scaled buildings from throughout popular culture is off to a great start, and this week we’re excited to see that they are bringing that classic ‘Hall Of Justice’ from DC Comics ‘Superfriends’ animated series tot eh line as part of their celebration of Batman’s 80th birthday! The Hall of Justice will come packaged with a ‘Superfriends’ styled Batman POP! Vinyl when it releases later this year.
