Get your NSFW volume set before checking out the final red band trailer for ‘The Predator’ as the language alone is showing how the film was able to get an R-rating. Thankfully, the action makes it obvious that this isn’t the only reason we’re in for the R-rating. While the film stills will likely rub viewers the wrong way, this new footage shouldn’t.
For the first time, I can honestly say that I’m curious to see how ‘The Predator’ is going to play out on the big screen. The action with humans throwing down against these aliens looks intense and I suspect will be pure spectacle.

From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black’s explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.
Now, I’m not expecting to go into this and see a plot that will blow me away but as director Shane Black hasn’t shut down the idea of a sequel it is safe to say this might be more fun than we initially expected. Reshoots were done to make the movie scarier and while I do not see the fear factor raised by this trailer, the action does look like it’ll be a blast.
