This year the ‘Jurassic Park’ franchises are celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary! If that wasn’t reason enough to be excited, the fifth and latest film in the series ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom‘ is hitting theaters in just a few short months! With all of this dino-sized excitement going on, it’s about time we start seeing some of the amazing new ‘Jurassic’ products that are going to hit the market this year and they’re coming straight from New York Toy Fair 2018!
Aside from the obvious change up with the branding from ‘Jurassic World’ to ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’, it’s worth noting that this year is giving us our first ever ‘Jurassic’ products from Mattel, who recently took over the master toy license from Hasbro (who, by extension of their purchase of Kenner, have had run of the franchise since 1993 with the first film’s release).
So what has Mattel got in store for us? Lots! And that’s an understatement! According to EW (who had the exclusive first look at these), there is going to be a plethora of new ‘Jurassic’ brand items coming our way this year, and much like the volcano in the upcoming film, they look to be destroying any and all expectations anyone may have had for them!
