It wouldn’t be Super Bowl without the deluge of new trailers from the most anticipated films coming this year. And it wouldn’t be Super Bowl without Marvel releasing something awesome from one of their films! Enter the new trailer for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.’
Thankfully the trailer doesn’t give too much away about the plot (although the movie won’t be in theaters until May 5, so there is plenty of time for spoilers when the date gets closer), but what we do know is that ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2’ takes place 2 months after the events of the first film with Peter Quill going out to try and discover the identity of his father.
The trailer plays up the humor of the film which is one of the reasons the first one was such a big hit and while we see the entire team return, it looks like some new members will be added, specifically Mantis and Nebula.
