With not too many movies left until ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ and 2 Infinity Stones still missing, it seems like ‘Doctor Strange‘ would be a great way to introduce one and the latest teaser hints at just that. Titled “Time” we see the future Sorcerer Supreme winding back time. With the Time Gem being one of the 2 Infinity Stones we have not yet seen and Thanos about to be on the warpath to recover them all it would almost seem as if this was hinting that Strange is using it somehow.

As you can see here things kick off with Strange stopping and rewinding time to battle Kaecilius in what is likely what of the last fights of the film. Only, it isn’t just the battle which gets taken further back as much of the remaining teaser trailer shows other aspects in reverse.
It truly seems to hint that the Eye of Agamotto may contain within it the Time Gem. We’ve learned previously from ‘Thor’ that magic is really just advanced science so it will be interesting to see what happens when actual magic is brought into play in Marvel’s Cinematic Universe. Not only that but as we’ve seen with Loki’s scepter that those who are strong enough can wield a portion of an Infinity Gem’s strength if it is being focussed through another object which is exactly what this Eye could be.
