We’re finally getting a better look at individual characters in ‘Warcraft‘ as “The Survivor” promo video is introducing us to Paula Patton‘s (‘Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol’,’2 Guns‘) character, Garona. Clocking in at 19 seconds you aren’t going to have everything about the character revealed but it is clear quite quickly that she’ll be a force to be reckoned with when she makes her debut on the big screen.

Garona is a character who is a half-orc and looks to be half-human. Her true heritage is slightly different in the video games though it is doubtful that it will be revealed in the first film and it is still quite questionable if we’ll be getting a follow up as box office sales will dictate if a sequel ends up being green lit.

Regardless, she is going to end up as a pretty amazing warrior and you can check out the clip below to get a better look at her:

It sure does look like we’ll be seeing her in fighting form after a fashion and she’ll clearly be in some of the major scenes in the film. Hopefully, they don’t play her off as being too much like Gamora in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy.’As the only other modern green-skinned warrior it might be too easy for some to make comparisons.

Are you happy to see that we’re finally getting a little more character specific in these ‘Warcraft’ teasers? Do you think Paula Patton will successfully bring Garona to the big screen? Share your thoughts below!
