This summer is packed with super heroic exploits and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles “Turned Down For What?!” to remind you that among the Batman fighting Superman and Cap fighting Iron Man, there are still some teams that work best when they work together.  An exclusive new clip from the latest ‘TMNT’ film premiered at the ‘Teen Choice Award’ introduced by a choreographed fight sequence between “Casey Jones” (presumably not Stephen Amell, who plays the role in the movie) roller blading around the stage and taking out Foot Soldiers, while manhole covers fly through the air.  Then Shredder appears on the video monitor and…

Well, you can watch for yourself below:

Bits of this sequence appeared in earlier trailers, set to Run DMC’s old school hip hop classic ‘It’s Tricky’.  The various Turtles get to show their specialties, as Donatello, the inventor of the group, drives their souped up garbage truck, tricked out with various gadgets, Leonardo, the leader barks orders, fun-loving Michaelangelo cuts loose with some robotic nunchuks and Raphael gets his hands dirty, venturing outside the vehicle to personally take on some Foot Clan ninjas.

We already know this movie will come the closest to the tone of the source cartoons, with the addition of Jones, Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry), Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams), Rocksteady (Stephen Farrelly) and talking brain Krang.

For older fans, there’s an added nod– original screen April O’Neil, Judith Hoag reportedly shot a cameo for the new film.

Are you ready for another helping of Heroes on a Half Shell?
