Today we’ve got a new teaser trailer for ‘Deadpool‘ to share with you as well as a few new shots of both the Merc with the Mouth and Morena Baccarin’s Vanessa Carlysle. With Carlysle’s inclusion in the images it is clearly a sign that love is in the air! How true it is as the trailer dropped during the most recent episode of ‘The Bachelor’ and is titled “Blatant Bachelor Baiting TV Spot (w/ 2% real roses).”
I mean let’s be honest, who wouldn’t love a man in a red and black suit with a mask and guns?
Erm… Right?
In a desperate cash grab, and what mercenary for hire wouldn’t make one, the latest trailer is introduced with Wade Wilson saying, “You’re probably thinking, ‘My boyfriend said this was a superhero movie.’ Surprise! This is actually, lucky you, a love story”. Obviously no one should be taking him seriously with two of the three latest shots showing off Deadpool in action poses but he might win over a few hearts and movie tickets with this one. Of course the third image is a new one of the woman he loves so who knows, maybe this is more of a love story afterall.
I wouldn’t hold my breath on that.

I swear Reynolds has far too much fun with this character, and that’s all right! It’s good to see an actor really getting into their role especially when it feels ike they were born to play the part. I hope they keep up the absurd tie-in commercials like this until the film’s release next month
