We all know that Spider-Man will make an appearance in ‘Captain America: Civil War‘ and now a rumor says that he won’t be wearing his traditional costume. If you’re expecting Tom Holland to be donning the classic red and blue or even the black uniform you might be in for a bit of a let down if this proves to be true. Sure Parker’s suit looks pretty finalized in both the Sam Raimi and Marc Webb movies but here we’re going to be potentially seeing something a little less refined. We’re being given a really young Spider-Man here and one that hasn’t quite mastered a sewing needle quite yet.

As we know Kevin Feige has said that we’ll see the webcrawler in more of a teenage made suit but according to the Latino-Review we have some 2012 artwork that was “found by a source with access to the Spider-Man costume as a way of legally reporting on how it looked.” So this fan-art isn’t exactly what we’ll be seeing but the idea is similar.

Let’s take a look with how Parker might be starting off:

Now, other rumors from the Sony Hack previously had Tony Stark making an Iron Spider suit for the young lad. He probably feels sorry that the kid is in such horrible shape so if this is the outfit he starts out in I wouldn’t expect it to last long. Most likely for a good bulk of the film we’ll see Spider-Man in a much more Iron-Man styled set of armor if this proves to be true.

What are your thoughts on Spidey starting out in a super ragged homemade suit? Do you think jumping straight from that to the Iron Spider is a good transition before he back peddles into a normal suit before hiw own film? Share your thoughts below True Believers!
