If you’ve been on the fence about Starz upcoming ‘Ash vs. Evil Dead‘ we’ve got a little interaction between William Shatner and Bruce Campbell that might just get you pumped up enough to check it out. For those of you who have been excited about Sam Raimi bringing back his horror masterpiece for this eight episode run, you are going to be even more so in just a moment by checking out the potentially first set photo from the series!
It seems as if a simple question from Shatner to the Twitterverse gave us so much more:
“@WilliamShatner: How is everyone?” Frankly, Bill, I’m a little sticky… pic.twitter.com/U7MXHUtL8i

Now there is always a chance that Campbell could be on another set or cut his head open on something… or did he just reveal to us the first shot from the series? It looks like Ash won’t be having that great of a day which I’m sure shouldn’t surprise anyone out there. I’m telling you this Fall just can’t come soon enough! Fun bonus tweets from Shatner include how he wouldn’t mind being a part of ‘Ash vs. Evil Dead’ too:

Synopsis:
Campbell will be reprising his role as Ash, the stock boy, aging lothario and chainsaw-handed monster hunter who has spent the last 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead. When a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind, Ash is finally forced to face his demons –personal and literal. Destiny, it turns out, has no plans to release the unlikely hero from its “Evil” grip.
