To celebrate their first day of digital pre-ordering, Sony has announced an exclusive PS4 bundle for Rocksteady Studio’s ‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ that comes with their own custom designed silver PS4.
The bundle will be $449.99 and comes with a limited edition Steel Grey PS4 system chassis featuring a custom ‘Arkham Knight’ faceplate, a matching Steel Grey PS4 controller, and a copy of ‘Batman: Arkham Knight’.
There will also be a ‘Arkham Knight’ non-limited bundle that comes with a traditional black PS4 system and controller as well as the game for $399.99. Whether the silver faceplate with Batman’s silhouette is worth the extra $50 is up to you.
To sweeten the deal, all owners of ‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ for the PS4 will get exclusive access to bonus content before anyone else, including extra in-game missions and custom skins for Batman and the Batmobile. The in-game missions are called ‘Scarecrow Nightmare Missions’, in which you must fight Scarecrow and his undead army through the streets of a terror stricken Gotham. There are two skins for Batman: his futuristic black and red Justice League 3000 Batsuit or his old school Classic TV Series blue and silver Batsuit. You can also get his Classic TV Series Batmobile skin, which fortunately (or maybe unfortunately?) looks a little less ridiculous. You can find out more on Playstation’s pre-order page.

Pre-orders for ‘Arkham Knight’ began on March 31st. Initially set to release in the beginning of June, the game has officially been pushed back to June 23rd, which is when the bundle and pre-order will also become available. The game is coming out on the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC, and is rated ‘M’ for Mature.
