Just as Marvel promised, a new trailer for ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’ has made it online following its premiere during the ESPN College Football National Championship game.

This second trailer is a great follow up to the first one released in October of last year. Although there are several snippets that have already been seen from that one, this trailer expands on some of those scenes. There is much more of the battle between the Hulk and Tony Stark who is geared in the  infamous Hulk Buster armor, another glimpse of Andy Serkis and the twins, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, and the return of Nick Fury (because you can’t keep a good man down).

What was great is that while there were a lot of teases in the trailer, there were also a lot of questions left for fans to ask after watching it. Who is that woman who disrobed in the cave? What is with the surgical procedure? Who is Andy Serkis playing?

Check out the new trailer below followed by the film’s synopsis:

Marvel Studios presents “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark (with the help of Bruce Banner) tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program that is meant to protect the world, things go awry as the villainous Ultron emerges. Ultron, an incredibly intelligent AI, has his own plan to keep the peace and it is up to Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, to stop him. Can they stop Ultron from completing his plans and defeat this technological aberration?

Directed by Joss Whedon, ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’ reunites Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlet Johannson and Robert Downey Jr. as Earth’s mightiest heroes, with Paul Bettany as the Vision, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Quicksilver and Elizabeth Olsen as the Scarlet Witch. ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’ will be released May 1.
