As the premiere of season four draws closer, it’s no surprise that there is a ton of talk about ‘Game of Thrones‘ at the moment. Aside from talks about the future of the series and potential feature films, the US premieres of the first episode have been happening this week on the East Coast. That gave a few of the stars the opportunity to stop by and visit a few of the newest faces in late night television.
First, the Mother of Dragons Emilia Clarke visited Jimmy Fallon on ‘The Tonight Show’ to discuss the upcoming season of HBO’s acclaimed fantasy drama. After sharing that the next chapter of the story is much darker than before, the actress shares a rather comedic clip featuring Daenerys Targaryen, Daario Naharis, and Grey Worm that might constitute as flirting between the Khaleesi and the former Second Sons lieutenant. Meanwhile, former SNL funnyman Seth Meyers welcomed Lena Headey to ‘Late Night’ to discuss Cersei Lannister being colder than cold and the actress’ recent appearance on ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’. After teasing that the ‘Game of Thrones’ audience comes for the incest and stays for the dragons, Headey shares a clip where Cersei is reunited with her brother-lover Jamie after he was held captive for most of last season. You can see the siblings verbally duke it out below after the host and his guest tease the King Slayer about his name:
