As ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past‘ inches towards it’s May 23rd release date the excitement for the film is building and today we’ve got three new stills to show off! While they aren’t overly filled with action (though the first one hints at it) they are still more shots to give us a feel and tone of the film! It’s all heroes being shown off here and none of the ‘evil’ mutants (unless you count the shot with Magneto and Mystique but as it’s in the past it’s a little iffy to call them that quite yet.)
Above we have an action shot with Hugh Jackman’s (‘The Wolverine‘,’Pan‘) Wolverine because you can’t do much with Marvel without Logan these days. It looks like he’s all set to square off with a couple of people and I suspect we’ve already seen the end result with him being shirtless and full of bullets. Following that we have Michael Fassbender’s (‘Prometheus‘,’Blood Creek’) Magneto and Jennifer Lawrence’s (‘The Hunger Games‘,’X-Men: First Class‘) Mystique talking about something and she is not looking too happy about whatever she’s hearing. Could this be part of where her future attachment to the man comes from? Finally, we have James McAvoy’s (‘Frankenstein’,’Wanted’) Professor X staring down Patrick Stewart’s future portryal of the same character.
