Recently, ABC and Marvel Studios has been introducing the world to cast of characters that will be appearing in the upcoming show ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ through a series of vignettes that focus on each member of Agent Phil Coulson’s new team. Through these videos, we’ve become acquainted with Agents Melinda May, Grant Ward, Leo Fitz, Jemma Simmons, and newcomer Skye. Now, in the latest featurette, we get to see more of the fan favorite character that the whole show is built around.
Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe don’t really need a brief video profile to be introduced to Agent Coulson. We’ve come to know and love him in just about every Marvel movie since ‘Iron Man’. But after the events of ‘The Avengers’, there are certainly a ton of questions that we’d like to be answered. In this new featurette for Marvel Studios’ first live action television show, we catch up with Clark Gregg as he talks about the new status quo for Coulson and his new mission.

We’ve already seen the scene with Agent Ward and his clearance level before, but this is the first time that we’re seeing the punchline to that gag. As excited as I am to see the action and the superheroes on my television screen, I can’t wait to get some of that classic Joss Whedon humor that has been kept off of TV for far too long. Also, I’m looking forward to seeing more of Lola.
