If you haven’t yet downloaded the ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ app yet, then you’re missing a lot! The app gives users exclusive content from the movie as they fulfill certain tasks to unlock the material. One such exclusive are these 2 images from the film.
J.J. Abrams has really shrouded ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ in mystery and considering the film will be in theaters in a couple months, it’s surprising that nothing really substantial from the film has been released. What we do know is that while the trailers have shown a lot of action, the film will have a very serious nature to it as seen below.
The first image is of Benedict Cumberbatch who looks like he belongs more in a men’s fashion magazine ad rather than contemplating something evil:
Kirk (Chris Pine) and Spock (Zachary Quinto) also are working the furrowed brow look:
If the two images were facing each other, it would make for a really good ‘ol fashion sci-fi Western stand-off to determine who had the quickest phaser draw. What these men are all concerned about, we won’t know until ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ is released in May.
