The summer comic con season has come to a close, but there’s one last huge comic con before the year is over and that’s New York Comic Con, which is happening this weekend at the Javits Center in New York City. With many amazing things lined up on the schedule like the 10th anniversary of Joss Whedon’s ‘Firefly’, Spider-Man’s 50th birthday celebration, and a plethora of other great panels and events. NYCC proves once again why it’s the east coast’s equivalent to San Diego Comic Con.

But are you too far to make it out to NYC for the con? Could you not snag a pass? Well worry not, my dear readers! I’ll be at the con covering as many events as I possibly can just for you! (And maybe a little bit for me as well.)

I’m not going to reveal everything that I have in store just yet, but not only will I bring you all the news I can about major comic book events like Marvel NOW, the return of The Joker in ‘Death of the Family’, and Before Watchmen. I’ll also I have the latest on shows like ‘Comic Book Men’, ‘Arrow’, and ‘The Walking Dead’ and movies like ‘The Bay’ and ‘The Dark Knight Returns Part 2’. I’ve  got some killer interviews lined up that I think you’ll really enjoy.

So, keep checking in periodically right here on ScienceFiction.com to get the latest on New York Comic Con 2012. Or, if you’re into the whole Instagram thing, follow me at @pinoy-prince to see what I’m seeing as I see it!
