The first trailer for ‘The Passage’ is out and is introducing us to “the most important girl in the world.” The series is based on a trilogy of novels by the same name, so there would be plenty of source material for seasons to come if fans end up enjoying it. In the trailer, we see a young girl is taken by a federal agent played by Mark-Paul Gosselaartakes, and she clearly says it is kidnapping. He has been tasked to take her to Project Noah which looks to be using people for some sort of vampiric looking experiments. He isn’t thrilled with what is going on and kidnaps her back and tries to keep her on the run from this shadowy looking government conspiracy. Only, there is a twist that we learn by the trailer’s end as to why they might want her involved.

As you can see from the trailer, this young girl doesn’t look to be an experiment but has some kind of power that can be used against these vampires.

The concept looks to be an interesting one, and we’ll have to see if audiences enjoy the trailer enough to give it a shot.
