Sam is in for a Hell of a time in the fourteenth season of ‘Supernatural‘ as Dean will be out of the picture as Michael has taken over his body. We already knew that Michael would be in the driver’s seat as the upcoming season kicks off and now we’re seeing exactly how bad that could end up being. The odds are always against the Winchesters but with one brother out of the picture and replaced with an archangel, Sam is at a bigger disadvantage than ever. Especially when some of his help in stopping Michael doesn’t quite agree that saving Dean is all that important.
If you’ve been missing out on the recent news for the upcoming season of ‘Supernatural,’ this trailer has a few hints of what to expect for you from Michael meeting with Jo, how he plans on getting information from others, as well as Castiel, Sam, and Jack not having a great time trying to figure out how to not only defeat Michael but save Dean in the process.

With Sam sharing that there will be “no new king of Hell” on top of everything else there is going to be even more problems that he’ll have to face going forward. It’ll be interesting to see if The Wayward Sisters will be helping things out or making matters worse when they end up returning.
I’m not going to lie, the one piece I am most excited for though wasn’t hinted here as there is an “80’s inspired slasher episode being developed and that sounds like a ton of fun. It isn’t clear if we’ll have Dean back at that point of if it’ll still be Michael running around but either way this is something that the horror fans that enjoy the series will be thrilled to check out.
