Never put it past the Merc with the Mouth, or Ryan Reynolds who portrays him to not take a golden opportunity to poke fun at the competition. In the latest spoof of ‘Deadpool’ mocking everything in the world, Wade Wilson has taken a shot at ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ to help promote ‘Deadpool 2‘!

While we all know that when Marvel Studios launched their latest blockbuster that #ThanosDemandsYourSilence and now Wade Wilson wants to get in on the action. Only, he doesn’t quite get it right as #WadeWilsonDemandsYourSisterSorryStupidAutoCorrectSilence! Honestly, it isn’t clear if he is trying to get fans to not spoil the film for others or is just another wildly successful attention grab. Either way, you can check out his full note to the moviegoing public in the Instagram post below:

I like that he started things off with “To the greatest fans in the whole universe” which is slightly a topper to Marvel’s “greatest fans in the world” but even with how hilarious this one is going to be, I suspect we won’t be seeing ‘Avengers: Infinity Wars’ numbers at the box office.

Also, while Reynolds did help write the script, none of us are all that surprised that he isn’t one of the people who “know the film’s true plot.” I mean, he’s been so busy with the marketing material that he’s probably forgotten it by now! Hell, he hasn’t even had time to watch his work as ‘Green Lantern’ so that wouldn’t be too surprising for the actor to be a bit distracted.

The Russo’s appeared entertained by Reynold’s gag. However, the Mad Titan did not seem to enjoy this humor. I’m sure it had nothing to do with his comic version already having Lady Death have an ongoing relationship with Wade Wilson.

Being the good sport that he is, Reynolds acknowledged he may have deserved that:

Will you give Wade Wilson your sister of silence when ‘Deadpool 2’ is released at the box office? What other marketing do you hope to see Reynolds spoof before the movie comes out? Share your thoughts below, True Believers!
