‘Thor: Ragnarok’ is coming to DVD and Blu-Ray on March 6th (and to digital platforms on February 20th), and apparently so is a lot of bonus content. One such item is the inclusion of a new MCU short, the third in the ‘Thor’s Roommate’ series, which apparently will have Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster character retreat to Earth and move in with Thor’s slacker Australian roommate Darryl from the previous two shorts. Darryl allows as the Grandmaster to move him as it appears he is the only person who wants the room.

The ‘Roommates’ shorts have been pretty funny so far and well-received by fans of ‘Thor’ and the MCU for the most part (though some debate continues about whether or not they should be part of the canon). It will be fun to see them push the One Shots with the inclusion of another character, especially since the actor behind the role is Goldblum, who is a comedic genius on camera and seems to have had a lot of fun with the Grandmaster character. They would be hard pressed not to deliver a hilarious short with these ingredients, so make sure to add this to your list of things to watch once ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Blu-ray comes out in March.

And make sure to check back here to see if any new ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ bonus content gets released!

Here’s the official synopsis for the new short:

Exclusive Short/Team Darryl – Fresh off being unseated as the ruler of Sakaar, the Grandmaster makes his way to Earth to start a new life. It’s been over a year since Thor left Australia and Darryl has been struggling to pay his rent. Now Darryl needs a new roommate to help make the monthly payments. Unfortunately for Darryl, the Grandmaster was the only one who answered Darryl’s “Roommate Needed” ad and with no viable options, the Grandmaster moves in.
