Tom Holland’s Spider-Man would be wearing four different outfits in ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ and now the actor is opening up as to why there are four and how they will all be used. While the quick answer is that Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures want an excuse to sell more Spider-Man toys, the writers were able to craft a narrative as to exactly why all of them were included.
Outside of the Iron Spider suit last seen in ‘Avengers: Endgame,’ we’ll also see The Wallcrawler donning his original outfit from ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ as well as a new stealth suit from Nick Fury, and finally a costume that Parker designs himself.

I love the fact that the new costume shown off in the featurette is explained away as a tribute to Iron Man that Peter can literally wear while fighting crime. Of all of the suits that Spidey will have on in the upcoming film, I love that the stealth suit makes the most sense due to Parker trying to hide his superhero persona from anyone who might notice that both he and Spidey are in European countries at the same time.
Not that it helps when it comes to M.J. figuring out his secret identity, assuming that it isn’t Mysterio in disguise messing with him.

Also, we’re still waiting to find out if the suit will have any neat S.H.I.E.L.D. technology that Parker didn’t previously have access to.
The big question will be if the newly redesigned red and black outfit will be worn in Europe as well or if everyone will be back in New York when it finally makes an appearance. Also, what kind of tech will it have available compared to the Iron Spider costume as it feels like he wouldn’t be pushing for a downgrade.
