Not only will Krysten Ritter be once more playing ‘Jessica Jones‘ in the final season of the Netflix Marvel series, but she’ll be sitting in the director’s chair as well! With this being the final season of “The Defenders” characters due to the streaming giant deciding to no longer play ball with Marvel, it is great to see that they are at least carrying on the tradition of this show featuring women on both sides of the camera.
Sadly, due to rights issues and Netflix not willing to work out a deal, this isn’t a series we can hope will be reborn on either Disney+ or Hulu unless there has been some magic being worked behind the scenes that haven’t been made public quite yet.
