For ‘Star Wars’ fans, there is Jon Favreau’s new series ‘The Mandalorian’, which will be available when Disney+ launches in November.  And although they won’t be available at launch, new episodes of cult favorite animated series ‘The Clone Wars’ will be released within the first year.  And if you want something to look forward to, an untitled series starring Diego Luna as Cassian Andor will arrive in the service’s second year.  For that one, Alan Tudyk will return to voice the wry droid K-2SO.

Unfortunately, none of the original Marvel series will be available at launch, but the wait shouldn’t be too long, as the live-action ‘Falcon & Winter Soldier’, starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan will be available within the first year, along with the animated ‘What If…?’‘WandaVision’ and ‘Loki’ are set to premiere in the second year.

While the entire library of existing Pixar movies and shorts will be available, there will be a slight wait until ‘Toy Story 4’ arrives.  In the meantime, fans can enjoy ‘Forky Asks a Question’ a collection of ten shorts that will be available when the service launches.  Within the first year, two new series will arrive, another ‘Toy Story’ spin-off ‘Lamp Life’ which chronicles the adventures of Bo Peep before her triumphant return in ‘Toy Story 4’, and ‘Monsters at Work’, spinning off from ‘Monsters, Inc.’.

Interestingly, Disney+ is set to deliver a bunch on unscripted reality shows, competitions, and documentaries, including some that connect to ‘Star Wars’ and Marvel.
