Doom Patrol, Swamp Thing, Harley Quinn, Stargirl, DC Universe

DC Universe has recently released the months which we’ll be able to check out ‘Doom Patrol‘ and ‘Swamp Thing,’ but a potential new report has shared the exact release date of these two new shows as well as both ‘Stargirl‘ and ‘Harley Quinn‘! Previously, exact dates for anything outside of ‘Young Justice: Outsiders’ were still up in the air but now Geeks WorldWide’s Thomas Polito who has broken quite a few scoops as of late claims to know when we can check out the new shows.

If true, the release schedule and days you need to mark on your calendar are as follows:

  • ‘Doom Patrol’: February 15th, 2019
  • ‘Swamp Thing’: May 10th, 2019
  • ‘Stargirl’: August 9th, 2019
  • ‘Harley Quinn’: October 11th, 2019

Polito shared the details directly in the following Tweet:

This slate shows a big push for DC’s streaming service to deliver new shows quarterly and you have to hope that they can continue bringing us the quality that we’ve seen so far in ‘Titan.’

Do you plan to set aside these dates to be able to check out ‘Doom Patrol,’ ‘Swamp Thing,’ ‘Stargirl,’ and ‘Harley Quinn’ on the day which they’re released? Which of these new series are you most excited for? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

‘Swamp Thing’ Synopsis:

The drama follows what happens when CDC researcher Abby Arcane returns to her childhood home of Houma, Louisiana, in order to investigate a deadly swamp-borne virus. There, she develops a surprising bond with scientist Alec Holland — only to have him tragically taken from her. But as powerful forces descend on Houma, intent on exploiting the swamp’s mysterious properties for their own purposes, Abby will discover that the swamp holds mystical secrets, both horrifying and wondrous — and the potential love of her life may not be dead after all.

‘Doom Patrol’ Synopsis:

DOOM PATROL is a re-imagining of one of DC’s most beloved group of outcast Super Heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl and Crazy Jane, led by modern-day mad scientist Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief). The Doom Patrol’s members each suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities—but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found purpose through The Chief, who brought them together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence—and to protect Earth from what they find. Part support group, part Super Hero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of super-powered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. Picking up after the events of TITANS, DOOM PATROL will find these reluctant heroes in a place they never expected to be, called to action by none other than Cyborg, who comes to them with a mission hard to refuse, but with a warning that is hard to ignore: their lives will never, ever be the same.

‘Stargirl’ Synopsis:

High school sophomore Courtney Whitmore who inspires an unlikely group of young heroes to stop the villains of the past. This new DC Universe series reimagines Stargirl and the very first superhero team, the Justice Society of America, in a fun, exciting and unpredictable series premiering in 2019, produced by Warner Bros. Television, Mad Ghost Productions and Berlanti Productions.
