There are two new trailers for the upcoming soft reboot of ‘Halloween,’ and they’re looking more exciting than you would expect! The new movie is slated to be a direct sequel to the original ‘Halloween’ film and pretends that none of the films which had been released since the first one ever existed. This soft reboot was made to give Jamie Lee Curtis’s Laurie Strode a new lease on life as she prepares to go up against Michael Myers and make their next meeting his last moment on Earth.

The first of these trailers was the standard US release, but the studio has also let out a trailer from the Brazilian market that has a ton of additional footage.

You can check out the first trailer below:

Now, before you check out the trailer from Brazil, there are a few moments which might be revealing too much from the actual film. As we haven’t seen it, I can’t say whether or not this footage dips into spoiler territory, but I honestly believe it does so I would refrain from checking this one out if you want to go in without any expectations of what is to come!

Jeff Fradley and Danny McBride have penned what looks to be a fantastic script, and this could be the first great ‘Halloween’ movie in years!
