The series finale for Cartoon Network‘s ‘Adventure Time‘ is going to be airing soon and we’ve got four new shots from the last episode for fans to check out! “Come Along With Me” is set to bring together all ten seasons of this wild ride and deliver a solid conclusion to a show that is Cartoon Network’s longest running animated series.
If you’re somehow unfamiliar with the series, ‘Adventure Time’ began airing in 2010 and became an instant hit with viewers of all ages. The current tenth season is the last. Set in the post-apocalyptic land of Ooo, the series focused on a young human, Finn, and his best friend, a shapeshifting dog named Jake, as they went on various escapades and encountered a wild assortment of colorful beings. At its peak, it was the most popular program on Cartoon Network and a merchandising monster spawning a slew of toys, video games, clothing and more.

If you need to watch more than the final episode, a box set is being released just prior to ‘Adventure Time: The Final Seasons.’ This set contains Seasons 8-9 and will be available the day after the series finale. At the same time, you’ll see the ‘Adventure Time Come Along With Me Soundtrack’ released which has all of the songs that were in the season finale event and can be streamed or downloaded.
As to the finale itself, executive producer Adam Muto stated that:
“Half the people will definitely hate it because that’s every show’s ending, but just having that experience instead of waiting forever.”
