Deadpool 2

With ‘Deadpool 2’ finally available for digital download (and available on Blu-Ray and DVD on August 21st) we can finally get a look at all the those glorious bonus features from the irreverent superhero flick, starting with the gag reel which appears to have first been given exclusively to Entertainment Weekly for them to review.

You can check out the minute long version of the gag reel available on YouTube now (I am assuming there is much, much more available when you actually buy the movie), but this is enough of a taste to let you know the gag reel is full of line flubs from Ryan Reynolds and Josh Brolin, some hilarious shots of them doing bits like Deadpool with the baby legs without the actual CGI done (meaning Reynold’s legs are just covered in the FX wrap meaning they will be removed later), and a few ad-libs from Reynolds to make the rest of the cast crack-up on set. Oh, and lots of cursing, which is hilarious to watch as you do not usually get to see that much from a superhero movie, but this is ‘Deadpool’ after all.

The gag reel will, of course, be a part of the home video release, which will come with the theatrical cut of the film AND the extended ‘Super Duper $@%!#& Cut’ that fans at San Diego Comic-Con this year go to see.

Check it all out for yourself below, and then make sure to share your favorite moment in the comments below!

And in case you somehow didn’t see the film, here’s the full synopsis:

Wisecracking mercenary Deadpool meets Russell, an angry teenage mutant who lives at an orphanage. When Russell becomes the target of Cable — a genetically enhanced soldier from the future — Deadpool realizes that he’ll need some help saving the boy from such a superior enemy. He soon joins forces with Bedlam, Shatterstar, Domino and other powerful mutants to protect young Russell from Cable and his advanced weaponry.
