Avengers: Infinity War

It has been a few months since ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ left us sobbing into our popcorn, but now even more footage from the film has been released! Ahead of the digital release of the film, a deleted scene has been released online. The scene is set after Thanos has abducted Gamora, and the rest of the Guardians are upset about this, so Star-Lord and Drax get into a little scuffle.

The scene is set to the tune of ‘Back in the New York Groove’ by Ace Frehley, who is a “degenerate,” according to Drax. He and Star-Lord being to argue over who should take the blame for letting Thanos take Gamora.

During the fight, Mantis becomes distracted by a blinking yellow light that turns out to signal messages from Nebula. She sends 23 different desperate messages, which Star-Lord reads out loud:

“Gamora is alive. Thanos is taking her to Titan.”

“Why aren’t you responding?”

“Why aren’t you responding?”

“Are you getting my important coded secret messages?”

The scene is just one of four that will appear on the digital and Blu-ray release. The others include:

  • ‘Happy Knows Best’ (1:23) – Tony and Pepper argue over their upcoming wedding, and a hassled Happy Hogan pulls up with an urgent request.
  • ‘Hunt for the Mind Stone’ (1:24) – On a darkened street, Wanda Maximoff and the wounded Vision attempt to hide from Thanos’ brutal allies.
  • ‘A Father’s Choice’ (4:00) – Thanos confronts Gamora with a vision from her past—and with lying to him about the Soul Stone.

‘Avengers: Infinity War’ come out on digital July 31, and Blu-ray on August 14. Check out the deleted scene below!
