Deadpool is back and he’s not coming alone! Out of nowhere, the final trailer for ‘Deadpool 2’ was released and if you were worried that the sequel wouldn’t be able to stand up to the first film, this may ease your concerns.
There’s lots to unpack in this trailer! Deadpool is certainly back with a vengeance with more action and more of the lightning quick jabs that we all love. From Marvel to DC, nothing is safe from the ‘Deadpool’ snark.
There is also a brief rundown on what the movie is about. According to the voiceover from Deadpool, “There’s this kid, who’s in trouble and I can’t let Cable get to him, but I can’t do this alone.” Enter the X-Force.
Speaking of X-Force, the latest trailer also gives us a more proper introduction of the members of the team who will be appearing in the film including Zazie Beetz as Domino, Terry Crews as Bedlam, Lewis Tan as Shatterstar and Rob Delaney as Peter, who apparently has no powers but just saw an ad so decided to apply.
‘Deadpool 2’ has some pretty fierce competition when it is released as it will be sandwiched between two massive tentpoles, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story.’ Will the film be able to surpass the original at the box office? We’ll just have to wait and see!
