Last week, FX revealed that the ‘Deadpool’ animated series that was being crafted by brothers Donald and Stephen Glover was dead.  Both Donald and Stephen were quick to take to Twitter to refute claims that they were too busy to work on the series and didn’t really pull their punches.  Donald even released a mock script which both confirmed the abortion of the series but took some pretty harsh swipes at their former corporate collaborators.  One choice snippet of dialogue delivered in this script?  “What? The Marvel stuff I said in it? All I said was Marvel was trying to sell toys to 7-year-old boys and 50-year-old pedophiles.”

But Stephen Glover has since revealed that one episode that centered around a certain singer was “the last straw” for the series.

“There really was a Taylor Swift episode.  It was HILARIOUS. And it definitely was the last straw lol.  Our show wasn’t too black. It wasn’t really that black at all. But we definitely wanted to give Rick and Morty a run for their money and I think we would have. Proud of the gang.”

No further information was provided, so we don’t know what would have happened when Tay Tay met Wade Wilson.  But really, she should have known he was trouble when he walked in.  So shame on her, no-ow.  But there was no indication that Swift had anything to do with this situation, personally.  The pop star is rather notorious for her not-so-nice girl feuds with other celebrities like Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, Demi Lovato and her long string of ex-boyfriends like Calvin Harris, Joe Jonas, John Mayer, and… well, the list is too long to rehash here.

It remains to be seen how this not-so-amicable split between FX and the Glovers could impact their acclaimed series ‘Atlanta’.  Will these parties ever, ever, ever… get back together?  Or is there too much Bad Blood?
