This year Marvel fans everywhere are celebrating the momentous 10th anniversary of the Marvel Cinematic Universe! The franchise started off way back in 2008 with the first ‘Iron Man’ film, and carried on immediately with the (criminally underrated) ‘Incredible Hulk’ later that year! Since then we’ve gotten two more ‘Iron Man’ films, trilogies for both ‘Thor’ and ‘Captain America’, two ‘Guardians of The Galaxy’ movies, and even films for somewhat minor characters like ‘Ant-man‘ and ‘Doctor Strange‘! Even as I’m writing this ‘Black Panther‘, the latest film in the MCU, is celebrating what looks to be a record-breaking opening weekend of release in theaters! And of course, how could we not mention ‘The Avengers’, which has had two monumentally successful films with a third due out later this year to tie everything together for a ‘finale’ of sorts and culminate a decade’s worth of buildup!

It’s safe to say, fans of the MCU are excited! Thankfully it looks like the team at Hasbro is too because they’ve just announced a special new assortment of their 6″ Marvel Legends line! Well, kind of. Hasbro has yet to release any official information, but thanks to some early pre-Toy Fair listings on Walmart’s website (which have since been taken down) we’ve got the inside scoop on a number of new Marvel Legends figures from throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s history! Figures revealed so far include a Mark VII Suit Iron Man figure based on his appearance in ‘The Avengers’ (which we somehow never got a proper figure of outside of a ‘Battle Damage’ version?), and a two pack of Captain America and Crossbones from ‘Captain America: Civil War’! Check them out below!

These are the only two listings that had any images, although there are listings for other products that lead us to believe we are getting figures for ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’, ‘Thor: The Dark World’, and ‘Avengers: Infinity War’! While there aren’t any additional figures set in stone, there are a number of characters that were ‘skipped over’ when it came to the Marvel Legends 6″ line that collectors have been asking for! Potential figures for this line include The Red Skull, The Vision, Quicksilver, The Mandarin/Trevor (who had a figure previewed and never released several years back), Whiplash, Yellowjacket, Ronan The Accuser, Pepper Potts, Malekith The Accursed, Kraglin, and properly scaled versions of The Iron Monger and The Abomination (who would both make for fantastic ‘Build-A-Figure’s!) to name a few!

We will keep you posted with more news on this series as it becomes available! What missed characters would you want to see coming our way in this new Marvel Cinematic Universe 10th Anniversary wave of Marvel Legends?
