thor: ragnarok the revengers

‘Thor: Ragnarok’ is less than a week away now, and you know what that means! Yep, Marvel is in full marketing mode for the latest addition to the MCU, and that means we are getting lots of new promos and featurettes hitting the internet promoting the new film, two of which we are showing off below.

The first one is a featurette where Taika Waititi and the cast of the movie talk about the coming together of the “Revengers” and why Thor had to gather this team to meet the threat of Hela. Also, Mark Ruffalo also talks about the fun of playing both Bruce Banner and a Hulk with a bit more personality this time around, something we have not really seen much of in the MCU before (aka a Hulk that talks in complete sentences). And lastly, Tessa Thompson gives a little insight into the character of Valkyrie and her role in the film.

The second video is a clip from the film showcasing the more comedic elements and the character traits that Jeff Goldblum is bringing to his version of the Grandmaster, namely… himself. His trademark pauses and odd flourishes are noted by both Loki and Thor during a tense yet funny scene where Thor is informed his only way to freedom is to fight his way out int he gladiatorial arena, even while learning that Loki will be no help as his brother is pretending to not even know him. Check out both  videos for yourself below and feel free to share your thoughts on the marketing for ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ and the film itself in the comments section below that!
