If, like me, you can’t wait for Starz to premiere ‘American Gods‘ in just under two months, then you’ll be happy to check out this new motion poster for the series. Each little bit of bringing Neil Gaiman‘s world to life on the small screen has me thinking that the network has done the novel justice.

In this new poster, we see this motion picture which has “Ian McShane’s Mr. Wednesday and Cloris Leachman’s Zarya celebrating the cold weather.”

You can check it out right here:

This isn’t the first shot of being stuck in bad weather either as last month the studio had shared this one of Shadow Moon stuck in the rain:

You almost have to wonder how important the weather and weather gods may end up being when the series comes to the small screen. We haven’t heard much about them, but they are ones whose powers may have just kept up throughout the ages depending on how the series uses them.

Are you excited for Starz take on Neil Gaiman’s ‘American Gods’? As the tweet asks, which God would you want to be caught in a storm with? Share your thoughts below!

Synopsis:

American Gods pits Old Gods against New Gods, with the ancient mythological ones fearing irrelevance as their believers die off or are seduced by the money, technology, and celebrity offered by the younger deities. Shadow Moon (Ricky Whittle) is an ex-con who, left adrift by the recent death of his wife, becomes bodyguard and traveling partner to conman Mr. Wednesday (Ian McShane). But in truth, Mr. Wednesday is a powerful old deity, on a cross-country mission to build an army and reclaim his lost glory.

The ‘American Gods’ Will Wage War On Starz On April 30th, 2017 at 9 pm ET/PT!
