While the US reboot of ‘Godzilla‘ took the box office by storm, the original franchise is still going and the latest trailer for ‘Godzilla: Resurgence’ or ‘Shin Gojira’ has confirmed the October limited release date! From October 11th-18th in select theaters which you can find here, you’ll have a chance to see the film in Japanese with English subtitles. Penned by ‘Neon Genesis Evangelion’ creator Hideaki Anno who is co-directing the film with Shinji Higuchi (‘Attack on Titan’) we have some pure talent at the helm.
You can check out the new trailer for the film right here! It is quite full of citywide destruction and panic both being in full effect with just enough of the King of the Kaiju to tide you over until its released.
Clocking in at 118 minutes this film is one part continuation of the series and one part homage as we see the King of the Kaiju truly evolving into a new form.

Synopsis:
